Tasks

Your responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and monitoring transportation processes, including scheduling, determining transport routes, and cost estimation.
Coordinating transport orders.
Preparing transportation and freight documents, as well as handling customs formalities.
Assisting in general administrative tasks such as data processing, document management, correspondence, and archiving.
Acting as a backup for the administrative tasks in the absence of the respective employee.
Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth functioning of transportation and administrative processes.

Qualifications

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, open to career changers.
Experience in transport planning and management, as well as knowledge of logistics, freight, and customs regulations, are advantageous.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using MS Office programs and common tools.
Flexibility, teamwork, and organizational skills are required.
Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
