Together with our subsidiaries in three other European countries, we provide spare parts, consumables, tools, technical services as well as refurbished and new production equipment for the electronics manufacturing industry.

For our headquarters in Grödig near Salzburg, we are looking for a new colleague to join our purchasing team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

In our purchasing team, you help ensure that the products we need are available at the right time, in the required quality and at the right conditions.

You will be in regular contact with suppliers and work closely with colleagues across our European location

  • Requesting and comparing quotations
  • Creating and following up on purchase orders
  • Monitoring delivery dates and following up on delays
  • Checking incoming invoices
  • Handling complaints and claims with suppliers
  • Maintaining and updating product master data
  • Managing and evaluating existing suppliers
  • Searching for and selecting new suppliers
  • Purchasing existing as well as new products
  • Supporting price and contract negotiations
  • Helping to further develop our international supplier network
Qualification

What you bring

  • Previous experience in purchasing is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep track of orders, deadlines and deliveries
  • An independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with different contacts
  • An interest in products, pricing and purchasing processes
  • Good German and English skills for working with international suppliers and colleagues
  • Good MS Office and general IT skills

Salary

Salary is based on the applicable collective agreement. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are happy to offer a salary above the collective agreement.
