The Challenge
To offer its customers an even broader range of services from a single source, MICAS AG decided to expand its portfolio by introducing IC programming services.
The company was looking for a reliable, future-proof solution that could be seamlessly integrated into its existing processes while providing an efficient entry into professional IC programming.
The Solution
Together with AdoptSMT, MICAS AG selected the DediProg DP2T programming system, including Tape-Out with AOI, Tape-In and Tube-In. The modular design of the system ensures maximum flexibility and long-term investment security. If required, the solution can easily be expanded with a Tray-In/Tray-Out module in the future.
In addition to supplying the equipment, AdoptSMT handled the complete installation and provided on-site operator training. As a result, the system was commissioned quickly and integrated smoothly into the existing production processes.
Following commissioning, AdoptSMT continues to support MICAS AG with technical assistance and expert consulting whenever required.
