Tasks

Your responsibilities:

Customer support and communication via phone and email in the regions of Austria and Slovenia
Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
Active support in achieving sales targets and generating new business
Ensuring efficient order processing and coordination with internal departments such as logistics and procurement
Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales materials
Market observation and identification of new business opportunities

Qualifications

Your profile:

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, open to career changers
Experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the field of sales or trade
Good communication skills in German and English (knowledge of Slovenian is advantageous)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office
Team player with a proactive and service-oriented approach to work
Willingness to travel occasionally within the regions of Austria and Slovenia
