Our training offerings encompass all aspects of the SMT workflow. We are pleased to provide training for your staff or partners. All our courses are conducted by our experts and can be held either on-site or online.
Production Assistance
High downtimes in manufacturing – insufficient production capacity – do you face these challenges too? Many manufacturing operations have untapped potential due to the lack of workflow adjustments and suboptimal practices. We are here to offer support through production assistance. Training takes place at your facility.
Operator Training SIPLACE
This course focuses on independently operating a SIPLACE line. Participants will learn how to set up the line and perform product changeovers. This training is designed as an entry-level course for operators, requiring no prior knowledge.
Setter Training SIPLACE
Participants will acquire the skills to manage an entire manufacturing unit, prepare it for production, and maintain it in a production-ready state. This training serves as an advanced course for operators and can be tailored to specific machine generations.
Service Training SIPLACE
This course equips participants with an in-depth understanding of the machine’s various functions and components. They will be able to independently identify and rectify errors. This training builds upon the setter training. Alternatively, participants can possess the requisite knowledge before enrolling. The training is customized to the machine generation as per the customer’s needs.
Maintenance Training SIPLACE
Participants will learn how to plan, prepare, and perform preventive maintenance on the machine according to manufacturer guidelines. Just like your car needs regular oil changes, your SIPLACE placement machines also require consistent maintenance. This training imparts the necessary knowledge to an experienced operator or setter. The training can be customized to the specific machine generation as per customer requirements.
Line Computer Training
In today’s electronics production landscape, demands on materials and personnel are extensive. While there are teams dedicated to optimizing many processes and constantly updating materials and equipment, operators often receive less attention. However, there is significant untapped potential here. We offer support through training, specifically focused on the Linux line computer of the Siplace production line. Some technical understanding and basic knowledge of SMT technology are prerequisites for the Line Computer Linux training. No further prior knowledge is necessary. The current software version, LRL.503.08, supports Siplace S15/F3/G2, Siplace S2x/F4/F5/F5HM, and Siplace HS50/60 generations. Older versions can also be accommodated upon request.
Vision Training SIPLACE
This training enables participants to independently create and apply fiducials and component shapes, including adjustments to reduce rejection rates and optimize placement quality. Building on the Line Computer training (SIPLACE PRO and LINUX), we offer Vision Training. This course is designed for programmers and setters to assist in programming and using component shapes and fiducials.
