Tasks

Your responsibilities:

  • Customer support and communication via phone and email
  • Handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
  • Active support in achieving sales targets and generating new business
  • Ensuring efficient order processing and coordination with internal departments such as logistics and procurement
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases and sales materials
  • Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, open to career changers
  • Experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the field of sales or trade
  • Good communication skills in German and English (other languages are of an advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Team player with a proactive and service-oriented approach to work
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the sales regions
